Cabling Deployment Workflow

Systematic installation practices ensuring high data throughput and easy troubleshooting.

STEP 01

1. Path Audit

We trace containment routes, measure point distances, and identify core cabinet locations.

STEP 02

2. Design & BOQ

You receive an itemized Bill of Quantities detailing cable drums, patch panels, modules, and labor.

STEP 03

3. Pulling & Termination

Technicians pull cables through trunking, terminate faceplates, and dress patch panels cleanly.

STEP 04

4. Testing & Handover

Every port is channel-tested with a Fluke analyzer, labeled, and certified in the final project handover.

Structured Cabling FAQs

What is the difference between Cat6 and Cat6A cabling?

Cat6 supports up to 1Gbps at 100 meters (and 10Gbps up to 37-55 meters), whereas Cat6A supports full 10Gbps speeds at 100 meters with superior shielding against alien crosstalk.

Why is fusion splicing preferred over mechanical splicing for fiber?

Fusion splicing uses an electric arc to melt two fiber optic glass ends together precisely, delivering significantly lower signal loss (attenuation) and much higher mechanical durability.
